Transactions History isn't showing transactions

The team has identified an issue in Handpoint Payments App where the Transaction History is not loading the transactions. We are actively working on this. We don't see any issue on processing and we see that the processed transactions are being stored properly and this will not impact retroactively.

Analytics: Performance degradation

We've mitigated the elevated load that was affecting the analytics database. Dashboards and queries have been operating normally since 10:10 UTC. We're continuing to monitor the service closely and do not anticipate further impact.

We can confirm that connectivity has been partially restored to AWS via at least one connection point. While service remains intermittent, we’re now seeing transactions successfully process. At this stage, it’s unclear why on-site backup generators were unable to maintain connectivity—this unprecedented outage appears to have overwhelmed Spain’s network backbone and severed links to the wider internet. Receiving Processing errors for Some transactions

Dear Partner,
During our investigation, we received a report from the processing partner that they had deployed an erroneous change today that caused interruptions in Mastercard transactions. The processing partner has now rolled back their erroneous change. Transactions appear to be processing normally at this time. We will continue to monitor.
