Update: We have successfully restored connectivity to the Omnipay/Fiserv VPN tunnels. Our records indicate that transaction processing returned to normal levels as of 11:56:15 UTC.
Our engineering team has confirmed that all communication channels are stable; however, we will continue to monitor the service closely for the next few hours to ensure continued performance.

We are currently investigating a service disruption affecting transactions processed through Omnipay/Fiserv. Our monitoring systems indicate that VPN communication channels are down, resulting in 408 Error connecting to authorization provider errors.
Our engineering team is working closely with the acquirer and our infrastructure partners to restore connectivity as a matter of priority. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
